The winter of 1994, a young child wakes up on a cold, brisk Christmas day, to find out that his family had been murdered.

Under the Christmas Tree, the traumatized child finds a box which has a tag saying "The Desolate's Row" on it.

The child reveals 4 VHS tapes with different titles written on it.

The child finds the first tape, called Memory.
